VII. Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment
Description:
Necessary corrections were made to the new zoning ordinance in order to correct typos, updated Sec 307 to reflect correctly, and Sec 501 adding more language surrounding needing a principal building on a lot.

VIII. 1404 W Dodge Rd - John Montague
Description:
The applicant, Mr. Montague, is requesting a private road for access to parcel 18-25-300-033 and 18-25-300-24.
Ryan Bair from ROWE had a discussion with Mr. Montague regarding this private road and then contacted me to discuss it. He started out by letting me know that the information provided to him and the proposed plan was more than what ROWE would suggest. The property has the frontage and doesn't require a plan. He mentioned that ROWE would look for ingress and egress easements which are shown in the survey. They have a high point in land, a drainage crossing and a culvert. The one thing that he would suggest questioning is ownership.
