VII. New Business - 4121 W. Dodge Rd
Description:
Continuation of Special Land Use and Site Plan approval for a proposed music venue with camping, located at 4121 W Dodge Rd.
The applicant did not submit a new site plan, as the engineering company hasn't had enough time to properly address all areas of concern. They're appearing at the meeting with the intention of asking for a postponement until such a plan can be completed. Due to these circumstances, all attachments are those previously reviewed and discussed.
