VIII. Special Land Use for Telecommunication structure, 18-25-200-003
Description:
Andrew Moiseev is presenting a Site Plan for parcel 18-25-200-003, located at the corner of W Wilson and N Saginaw, for the purpose of an approximately 200 sq ft telecommunication structure. The structure will be for the purpose of connection and powering of 123.net's fiber optic cabling network.
After receiving ROWE's review, the applicant has revised their site plan to reflect some of the concerns the board may have. Both the original and updated site plans are included.

IX. Special Land Use for Car sales 18-25-526-020
Description:
Greg Hetzer is returning to present an updated Site Plan for his Special Land Use request on parcel #18-25-526-020, for the purpose of a used car lot.
After sending the updated site plan and us discussing what else was asked from the board, an additional update was made. Both of the updates are included in this packet.
