Description:
Elizabeth Tufford, via Robert Lossing, her contractor, is requesting a 10-20 foot variance to allow an addition to her home. This will allow her house to be 15-25 feet from her rear property line, instead of the 35 feet required by the Zoning Ordinance. Her request comes from the need for her handicapped daughter to move in, requiring all spaces be more open and larger rooms for mobility and ADA compliance.
