VII.1. 13150 N Clio Rd - Variance to allow a fourth accessory structure
Description:
Joseph Heath lives at 13150 N Clio Rd on 13.52 acres that is currently split zoned RU-1 and C-2. Due to his zoning, the ordinance only allows two accessory buildings on the property. He'd like a variance to allow him to build the barn pictured without demolishing any of the current structures.
