XII. CLOSED SESSION:   Motion and roll call vote to go into closed session.  Pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85 (1) (c) and (f) the Board of Education may move into Closed Session for the purpose of:

 1.           Discussion of an individual teacher’s retirement request.

 2.           Discussion of individual teacher’s leave usage and workplace accommodation.

 3.           Discussion of concerns with a non-licensed employee's job performance.

4.            Motion and roll call vote to return to Open Session to announce or take action, if any and if appropriate.
