5. Property Purchase- Ordinance 26-3-  Approving Property Purchase and Proposing a Finance Plan

6. Set Date for Public Hearing for Purchase of 55 N Madison, Oswego

6.A. Motion Requested: Approval of holding a public hearing regarding the property purchase of 55 N Madison, Oswego to be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 5:30 pm at the Montgomery Campus, immediately before the Regular Board Meeting.
