C. CALL TO PUBLIC
Individuals will speak at the beginning of the meeting. (Board members will not be able to respond to comments from the audiences that are not agenda items (A.R.S. 38.432.02(h). Each patron will be allowed 3 minutes to address the board. During an open session, the Board shall not hear personal complaints against school personnel or a person connected with the district. Policies KE and KEB are provided by the board for disposition of legitimate complaints, including those involving individuals. |

D. NEW BUSINESS:
1. Discussion/Action/Vote: Intergovernmental Agreement for Provision of Service by the Pinal County Recorder and Elections Department. 2. Discussion/Action/Vote: Consider, Discuss, Amend if Desired, and, if deemed advisable, to adopt a Resolution ordering and calling a special Budget Override Election to be held in and for the District and Declaring the deadline for submitting arguments "For" and "Against" the Election to the Pinal County School Superintendent as August 11, 2023 at 5:00 PM and approving the Governing Board's Arugment in spport of the Special Maintenance and Operation Budget Override Election. 3. Discussion/Action/Vote: Approving the Override Election "Pro Statement".
