Consultation with District counsel on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code.

3.A.1. Discuss, in consultation with counsel, on-going litigation matters, and the offer of settlement presented to Frisco ISD by the Office of the Texas Attorney General in connection with such litigation.
