Consideration and possible action to approve an order authorizing the issuance of unlimited tax school building bonds; levying an annual ad valorem tax and providing for the security for and payment of said bonds; approving an official statement; authorizing submission of the bonds to the Texas Attorney General; and enacting other provisions relating to the subject

10.B. Consideration and possible action to select GLS as architect for the 2026 bond projects, based on demonstrated competence and qualifications, and delegate authority to the superintendent or his designee to negotiate, finalize, and execute a contract for a fair and reasonable price.
