Description:
It is the policy of the Board that if members of the audience wish to address the Board, they must sign the form at the entrance prior to the Board’s meeting and it is limited to no more than five minutes per speaker.

Consideration and possible action to approve and adopt an Order by the Board of Trustees of the Hubbard Independent School District Calling a Bond Election on November 4th, 2025 to be Held by the Hubbard Independent School District, Making Provisions for the Conduct of the Election; and Resolving Other Matters Related to that Election

6. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Description:
ADJOURNED TO CLOSED SESSION for the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized under the Texas Open Meetings Act of Texas Government Code Title 5, Chapter 551 Subchapter D, whereupon the Superintendent, at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or discussion personnel matters (Sec. 551.074).
