IV. CLOSED SESSION
Description:
Pursuant to Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.074, 551.082, 551.083, and 551.084 Texas Government Code: PERSONNEL MATTERS: Under Section 551.074 Texas Government Code, to deliberate the appointments, employment, evaluations, reassignments, duties, discipline, or dismissal of public officers or employee; or to hear complaints or charges against an officer or employee:

IV.2) The Board will consult with its attorney regarding legal issues relating to the Superintendent's annual compensation plan recommendation for the 2017-2018 to include wage and salary structures, stipends, benefits, incentives, salary schedules, and salary increases. TGC 551.071.

V. OPEN SESSION
Description:
