2. Verification of Meeting Notice – The Superintendent reports that proper notification of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the open meeting laws of the State of Wisconsin.

3. Approval of the Agenda – Formal adoption of the Agenda is done to assure that the topics discussed and acted upon by Board Members were properly noticed to the public.

5. PUBLIC NOTICE:

• Pursuant to Sec. 111.70 and 19.82(1) of the Wisconsin Statutes, you are hereby notified that representatives of the St. Francis School Board and the St. Francis Education Association will meet on February 13, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at the St. Francis High School Library, St. Francis, Wisconsin, to continue 2022-23 negotiations proposals.  Negotiations will be conducted in closed session unless the parties agree to open sessions.
