1. Call to Order/ Roll Call

2. 5:30 PM - Adjourn into closed session according to the following:

• Wisconsin State Statute(s) 19.85 (1)(c)(e) for considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; and, for deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically, Superintendent's contract.

3. Return to Open Session for Possible Action

4. Verification of Meeting Notice – The District Administrator reports that proper notification of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the open meeting laws of the State of Wisconsin.

5. Approval of the Agenda – Formal adoption of the Agenda is done to assure that the topics discussed and acted upon by Board Members were properly noticed to the public.
