3.e. Resolution Authorizing Short-Term Borrowing
"BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Francis School Board be authorized to borrow money short-term for operating expenses if needed." |
3.f. Adoption of Tax Levy for General and Debt Service Funds
Suggested Motion: That there shall be levied upon the taxable property of the St. Francis School District the sum of $7,678,836.00. $4,484,982.00 for the General Fund (the operation of District schools); $400,000.00 for the Community Service Fund; $2,244,450.00 for the discharge of referendum debt obligations; and $549,404.00 for the discharge of non-referendum debt obligations. |
3.g. School Board Salaries
School Board salaries established by the electors of the St. Francis School District, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin are as follows: $225.00 per month for the office(s) of President, Treasurer and Clerk; $200.00 per month for the office(s) of Vice President and Member. |
3.h. Payment of Actual and Necessary Expenses of School Board Members
The electors also authorize for the payment of actual and necessary expenses of School Board Members when traveling in the performance of duties. |
3.i. Disposal of Surplus Property (Not Land or Buildings)
The electors of the St. Francis School District, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, authorize the School Board to dispose of surplus property (not land or buildings) that is no longer needed for school purposes upon terms and conditions satisfactory to the School Board. |
3.j. Date of 2021 Annual Meeting
Suggested Motion: That the date of next year's Annual Meeting be Monday, September 27, 2021 at St. Francis High School located at 4225 South Lake Drive in St. Francis, Wisconsin |
3.k. Other Discussion
Electors attending the meeting may request information or be heard on any topic relative to current policies and procedures of the School District. |
