3. Acceptance of Consent Agenda
Description:
As a good practice, the board should accept the consent agenda for the evening's meeting which includes minutes of the October 28, 2024 meeting and the October financial reports.

5. Staffing Approval - Jennifer Newman (SP Goal 1, 2)
Description:
CTE Public Safety teacher Chad Spence is leaving the district at Christmas break having been elected St. Joseph County Sheriff. The CTE position was posted and eleven people applied. Jennifer Newman is being presented for approval for this position. Her resume and data sheet are attached.

Description:
Ann Beaver and the high school Robotics Team need approval for events that keep students out of the district overnight. They are requesting BOE approval to attend three spring competitions. The dates and locations are attached.

8. Closed Session - Reinstatement Request
Description:
A closed session to consider reinstating expelled student #27517 has been requested.
Board action is required to approve this agenda item. Description:
Student #27517 has petitioned the Board for reinstatement to the district. Per policy, a committee was established to consider the request. The Board has reviewed the request and the committee's recommendation in closed session.
