Description:  As a good practice, the board should accept the consent agenda for the evening's meeting which includes minutes of the March 13 work session and the February financial reports. 

RECOMMENDATION: The superintendent recommends that the consent agenda be reviewed and accepted.

Description:  Centreville Public Schools has been a plaintiff in a class action lawsuit.  The settlement details are confidential and will not be discussed in open session. However, voting to accept the settlement agreement will be done in open session. 

RECOMMENDATION: The superintendent and legal counsel recommend approving the attached settlement resolution.
