I. Call to Order — Mr. Robert Clemons, Board President / Presiding Officer
In accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Section 551.127, a governmental body that extends into three or more counties may meet by videoconference call only if the member of the governmental body presiding over the meeting is physically present at one location of the meeting. The notice must specify the location, which is open to the public during the open portions of the meeting, as well as state the intent to have the member of the governing body presiding over the meeting present there.

Discussion Pertaining to Texas Gov't Code: §551.071 — Consultations with Attorney - deliberation on the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas Clearly conflicts with this chapter

IV.B. Discussion Pertaining to Texas Gov't Code: §551.074 - Personnel Matters - deliberation on the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee.
