CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF AN ORDER BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE MARION INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF “MARION INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT UNLIMITED TAX SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS, SERIES 2023”; LEVYING A CONTINUING DIRECT ANNUAL AD VALOREM TAX FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE BONDS; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF ANY NECESSARY ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE DISTRICT’S FINANCIAL ADVISORS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE

Consider and take possible action to clarify Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) procurement for the 2023 Bond Projects as a one-step process

Discuss and consider the Compensation Plan for the 2023-24 School Year and take action as necessary
