Recognize Visitors:  The Marion ISD Board of Trustees designates a time for audience participation at the beginning of each regular meeting to hear persons who desire to make comments on a specific posted agenda item.  Those wishing to speak shall notify the Superintendent or Board President via email 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled meeting and must indicate in writing the agenda item to be addressed.  Public Testimony is limited to 2 minutes.

Discuss contingent letter request from the City of Marion for completion of the abandonment of Bulldog Drive and take action as necessary

Review and approve the Emergency School Closing Resolution and take action as necessary

Discuss and review COVID-19 protocols and mask mandate for Marion ISD and take action as necessary

Consider and take possible action adopting a written resolution authorizing the purchase of an approximate 32.10 acres, more or less, out of a 77.637 acre tract of land located in the Claiborne Rector Survey No. 83, Abstract No. 270, Guadalupe County, Texas from DMK Land Development, LLC.

Closed Session: The Marion ISD Board of Trustees will convene in a closed meeting pursuant to following sections of the Texas Government Codes:

Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.

* No final action, decision, or vote will be taken by the Board while in executive session.* Open Session: Consider and take possible action regarding items discussed in closed session.
