February 25, 2025 at 12:00 PM - Notice of Drawing of Names for a Place on the Ballot

1. Notice is hereby given that, on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, beginning at 12:00 o’clock noon, a drawing will take place at 514 W. Quincy Street, in Room 1300, San Antonio, Texas 78212, for the purpose of determining the order in which the names of candidates for the Board of Trustees shall appear on the official ballot for the May 3, 2025, general election of trustees.  Each candidate affected by the drawing is entitled to be present or have a representative present at the drawing.

Following the drawing, the Secretary of the Board of Trustees shall cause to be placed on the ballot the name of each candidate who has properly filed an application for a place on the ballot that complies with the requirements of state law as to form, content, and procedure or whose entitlement to placement on the ballot has been lawfully certified.
