• Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.0821 update regarding pending litigation and possible settlement of Pleasanton Independent School District v. Student; Docket No 113-SE-0623
• Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, consider and discuss renewal of employee contracts. 
• Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, discuss and consider possible pursuit of sanctions against certified educators for abandonment/resignation of contract without good cause pursuant to Policy DFE (LEGAL) and Texas Education Code Section 21.105(c).
• The Board may go into closed session on any other item on the agenda not listed as a closed session item if the Board finds it necessary to desirable and such closed session is permitted under Chapter 551, Subtitle A, Title 5 of the Texas Government Code.

X. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION: The Pleasanton ISD Board of Trustees will reconvene to take possible action for items considered in closed session. 

• Discussion and possible action regarding pursuit of sanctions against certified educators for abandonment/resignation of contract without good cause pursuant to Policy DFE (LEGAL) and Texas Education Code Section 21.105(c).
