11. Approve Title IX requirements and positions to meet new federal regulations.  
C.O.O.R. ISD has been advised of the changes to Title IX and recognizes the obligations the district has to satisfy the law that takes effect on August 14, 2020. 

12. Approve Return to Learning Plan and Response Plan
Approve the C.O.O.R. ISD Return to Learning Plan and the COVID-19 Preparedness and Response Plan.  This plan covers the  C.O.O.R. Educational Center and the  C.O.O.R. ISD Career & Technical Education program.

13. Approve contracts with Michelle Lynn Therapy, PLC
(Michelle St. Aubin) for Speech and Language Services for the 2020-2021 school year at a rate of $70.00 per hour for the following districts:

• Fairview Area Schools for 24 hours per week
• Mio AuSable Schools preschool and Early On for 18 hours per week
• Houghton Lake Community Schools for up to 14 hours per week

14. Approve bid to repair part of the R.O.O.C., Inc. roof from Great Lakes Roofing and Seal Coating in the amount of $32,765.

15. Approve closing the central office to the public on Friday, September 4th

16. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with West Branch-Rose City Schools for the use of their School Psychologist for up to 80 days for the 2020-2021 school year, not to exceed $36,000 total.
