Every two years, the Monahans-Wickett-Pyote ISD taxing entity makes nominations to the Board of Directors of the Ward County Appraisal District (WCAD). The two-year term for this five-member board begins on January 1st. The meetings for the WCAD Board is held once-a- month at noon.
