VI. Action on Closed Session Items

VI.A. Discussion, considerations and possible action regarding the purchase of approximately 60.849 acres of land located on the west side of Monty Stratton Parkway, Greenville, Hunt County, Texas, from Paris Junior College, for the new Greenville ISD High School, subject to satisfactory due diligence, title review, and final contract terms, and authorizing the Superintendent to finalize negotiations and execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement and related closing documents consistent with Board approval.

VI.B. Consider and take possible action regarding the purchase of approximately 18.62 acres of land located on County Road 2122, Greenville, Hunt County, Texas, from Mark Buster, et al., for the new Greenville ISD High School, subject to satisfactory due diligence, title review, and final contract terms, and authorizing the Superintendent to finalize negotiations, execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement, and execute related closing documents consistent with Board approval.
