I. Call to Order 

I.A. Announcement by the president whether a quorum is present, that the meeting has been duly called and notice of meeting has been posted for the time and manner required by law.

IV. Closed Session 

IV.A. Closed meeting will be held for the purposes authorized by the Texas open meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.071 et seq. concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including but not limited to the following sections and purposes:

IV.A.I. Texas Government Code Section 551.071 Consultation with the board’s attorney on all subjects or matter authorized by law.

IV.A.I.a. Consider legal advice regarding personnel issues.

IV.A.I.b. Consider legal advice regarding any agenda action item.

IV.A.II. Texas Government Code Section 551.074 For the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, resignation, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, termination or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to include consideration of employee resignation for good cause. 

IV.A.III. Texas Government Code Section 551.072 For the purpose of deliberating the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property. 

IV.A.III.a. Deliberations regarding the purchase of real property described as approximately 60.849 acres of land located on the west side of Monty Stratton Parkway, Greenville, Hunt County, Texas.

IV.A.III.b. Deliberations regarding the purchase of real property described as approximately 18.62 acres of land located on County Road 2122, Greenville, Hunt County, Texas

VI. Action on Closed Session Items

VI.A. Discussion, considerations and possible action regarding the purchase of approximately 60.849 acres of land located on the west side of Monty Stratton Parkway, Greenville, Hunt County, Texas, from Paris Junior College, for the new Greenville ISD High School, subject to satisfactory due diligence, title review, and final contract terms, and authorizing the Superintendent to finalize negotiations and execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement and related closing documents consistent with Board approval. 

VI.B. Consider and take possible action regarding the purchase of approximately 18.62 acres of land located on County Road 2122, Greenville, Hunt County, Texas, from Mark Buster, et al., for the new Greenville ISD High School, subject to satisfactory due diligence, title review, and final contract terms, and authorizing the Superintendent to finalize negotiations, execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement, and execute related closing documents consistent with Board approval.
