Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code for consideration and discussion regarding the appointment, employment, resignation, termination, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer and/or employee to include the superintendent, assistant superintendent(s), executive directors, and building-level principals, specifically, to discuss the resignation of the Superintendent, posting of the Superintendent’s position, transition agreement with the Superintendent, related personnel transition issues to include the appointment of an administrator to serve in the Superintendent’s absence, and the Superintendent search process

II.B. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code for consultation with the Board's attorney on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, specifically for consultation regarding personnel issues including the resignation of the Superintendent, transition agreement with the Superintendent, posting of the Superintendent’s position, related personnel and transition issues to include the appointment of an administrator to serve in the Superintendent’s absence, and the Superintendent search process
