Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code for consideration and discussion regarding the appointment, employment, resignation, termination, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer and/or employee to include the superintendent, assistant superintendent(s), executive directors, and building-level principals.

II.B. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code for consultation with the Board's attorney on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, specifically for consultation regarding the appointment, employment, resignation, termination, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer and/or employee l to include the superintendent, assistant superintendent(s), executive directors, and building-level principals.
