9. Review, discuss, and possible action on the new Interlocal Agreement for Collection of Taxes by Brazoria County Tax Assessor-Collector.

Description: The main revisions included, but are not limited to:

The cost of collecting per parcel increased from 0.32 per parcel to 0.36 per parcel in accordance with Section 6.27 of the Texas Property Tax Code with a review of such cost every 3 years
How distributions are made to the taxing entities
TNT Calculations/Designated Officer - Ensuring language is in accordance with the Texas Property Tax Code
Adding consent for Penalty & Interest Waivers

10. Review, discuss, and possible action to approve the Damon ISD Instructional Days Calendar for 2024-2025 school year.
