7. Review, discuss, and possible action to approve The Agreement By and Contract Between Damon ISD and Needville ISD for the education of Damon ISD resident high school students for the 2019-2020 and the 2020-2021 school years.

8. CLOSED SESSION: Closed session will be held for the purposes authorized by the State of Texas Open Meetings Act, *Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et seq. concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including but not limited to the sections and purposes listed below.
 

8.A. Discussion of teacher term and probationary contracts (*Texas Governmentt Code 551.074 and 551.071) 

8.B. Discussion of DAEP.

9. RECONVENE from Closed Session - The Board will reconvene from Closed Session. The presiding officer will verify that the meeting has been duly called and notice of the meeting has been posted for the time and manner required by law.
 

10. Review, discuss, and possible action on teacher term contracts including approval or cancellation.

11. Review, discuss, and possible action on teacher probationary contracts including approval and cancellation.

12. Review, discuss and possible action to approve May 6, 2021 board meeting minutes.

13. Review, discuss and possible action to approve tonight's meeting minutes.

14. Adjourn
