1. CALL TO ORDER and ROLL CALL of the members

2. Discussion and possible consideration and appropriate action, related to the approval of the following awards of bids (listed below by individual bid package) to the subsequent lowest responsible bidders for the Justus-Tiawah North project, and authorizing the Construction Manager and Superintendent to execute and sign all necessary documents:
 
Bid Package 31A: Site Demolition, Erosion Control, and Earthwork to D-Kerns Construction ($301,000)
 
Bid Package 32A: Site Paving to Spencer Concrete & Excavation ($352,445)
 
Bid Package 33A: Site Utilities to Barnes Construction Solutions ($440,362)

3. Discussion and possible consideration and appropriate action, related to the approval of Amendment No. 02 – Civil Packages to the Agreement between Justus-Tiawah Public Schools and Myers-Cherry Construction of the Justus-Tiawah Public Schools – North Campus establishing a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the work completed for Bid Package 31A, 32A, and 33A, including the cost of work and the construction manager’s fees as defined in the agreement for Amendment No. 02, and authorizing the Construction Manager and Superintendent to execute and sign all necessary documents.

4. Consider an amendment to the extracurricular Coop Agreement with Claremore Public Schools to add soccer.

5. Superintendent's Financial Report and Board action to approve the 2025-2026 General Fund purchase orders #104-114; and any change orders and special payroll items, including substitutes.
