1) Call Meeting to Order at 5:30 PM in the Board Room.

2) Recess into Closed Session in the Library as permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act Government Code, Subchapter D 551.074 Personnel Issues and Section 551.071 Consultation with Attorney to discuss PBK presentation and its impact on the Title IX litigation.

3) Reconvene in Closed Session in the Board Room.

4) Governance Team (Board and Superintendent) Training

4)A) Board Operating Procedures: This training will be conducted by Kay Douglas (TASB). Training is required for all Trustees. No action will be taken during this session.

4)B) Training on the process of the Superintendent's Evaluation. The training session will be led by Kay Douglas (TASB). No action will be taken during this session.

4)C) Texas Open Meetings Act: New legislation requires public officials to receive training on the Texas Open Meetings Act (OMA). Training counts towards the continuing education requirements as mandated by the State. The OMA course is designed specifically for school officials and geared toward satisfying the new SB 286 requirements.
