1) Call to order workshop session at 6:00 PM in the Board Room.
Description:
The Board and Superintendent will discuss the following contracts for facilities: Construction Manager At-Risk and selecting a contractor for construction services through competitive sealed proposals to determine the best value to the district for completing the remaining bond projects. The Board will also review and discuss UIL eligibility requirements.

As permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act Government Code Subchapter D 551.074- Personnel - Central Middle School principal; Ball High School band director; Ball High School English teacher; and Subchapter D 551.071 - Consultation with Attorney to discuss Byrom v. Galveston County, GISD and Galveston College lawsuit.
