2) Recess into closed session in the Library. As permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act Government Code, Subchapter D 551.071 Consultation with Attorney to discuss Clack v. GISD Board of Trustees.

3) Reconvene in open session in the Board Room.

4) ACTION ITEMS: The Board will vote on the following:

4)A) Consider approval of resolution casting votes for candidate(s) to serve on the Board of Directors of the Galveston Central Appraisal District.

6) TEAM OF EIGHT TRAINING. The Board will reconvene in the Library to participate in state mandated Board team-building and continuing education session as per Texas Education Code 11.159 will be conducted by Dr. William Kirby. This training session is required for all Trustees. No action will be taken during this session.
