Description:
Currently Fruitvale ISD will be in grace this year as our PVS was outside the 5% variance with the Comptroller's valuations. Van Zandt County Chief Appraiser Emily Reeves has asked to be allowed to appeal the findings and try to get us back into compliance. This does not affect our current valuations with TEA on our summary of Finance but if not corrected could impact our funding in the next year.
