II. First Order of Business - Announcement by the Chairman as to the presence of a quorum, that the meeting has been duly called and that notice of the meeting has been posted in the time and manner required.

III. State Required Annual School Board Team of Eight Training provided by the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) to include Effective Governance, Board Operating Procedures, and training as required by SB 1566. 

IV. Executive Session will be held for the purposes authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.071 et seq. concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act.
