Executive Session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.0821, to report a final confidential Mediated Settlement Agreement of due process litigation in a matter regarding a public school student where personally identifiable information will be revealed, Mediation Docket No. 221-HM-0526.
