X.B.2. Approval of Capital Projects
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to provide an update on capital projects, and request approval of additional projects for districtwide capital maintenance. Please note we have added a column to reflect project status. The facility committee approved on a 3-0 motion.

X.B.2.a. Baseball Field Concessions Stand Request
Description:
The baseball boosters requested an additional modification to the concession stand building. The school board approved a small project in 2024 to add a window for a concession stand. The booster group is requesting to expand the window and make additional modifications to the concession stand building at no cost to the district. The individual volunteering to do the work is a professional tradesperson. A booster booster club representative attended the meeting to talk about their needs. The facility committee made a 3-0 motion to approve contingent on having insurance for the project as well as studying the structural integrity of the building.

Tim Schell worked with Steve Hernandez. They have a couple date ranges for consideration.
March 5-7 during contact time, which is 9:50am - 10:20am March 12-14th during lunch periods which are 11:55am-12:35pm and 1:30pm - 2:00pm. Once the exact dates are confirmed a schedule will go out for BOE members volunteers. |
