V. FACILITY COMMITTEE REVIEW OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT FIRMS PROPOSALS
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to review the responses to our Construction Management Request for Proposal process. We received responses from 6 firms. Attached please find all 6 responses as well as the RFP packet that was distributed to each firm. In addition, CD Smith has an introductory video for your review. Interviews are scheduled on Tuesday, October 29th. The goal of the Facility Committee Meeting on October 21st is to select the construction management firms for this interview process. As a reminder to all Committee members, the RFP packet includes the evaluation matrix that we have developed for this process. In addition, Eric Dufek from Eppstein Uhen will be reviewing the fee worksheets that we developed for this process. Eric's review will be available at the October 21st meeting.
