The attached files contain overviews and instructions for the recently approved superintendent evaluation & priority planning processes for members of the Goals Committee to review. There were questions about this process after we approved these items at our last BOE meeting. At this time I am seeking general feedback/input on format and content from the committee, but no approvals. I have a few specific questions on input/formats for evaluation of professional practice, system-wide & board governance goals for the committee that I'd like to get their thoughts on before I go any further with development. These questions appear in bold/red font within the document(s).
