Description:
The consultants from QTI have completed their review of all data collected as part of the classified staff study. They have updated their findings and recommendations which were initially presented to the Human Resources Committee on March 7th, 2017. The Human Resources Committee will have an opportunity to review and discuss the updated information.

VI. DISCUSS COMPARABLES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS
Description:
Administration would like to discuss the process for gathering and reviewing comparable data which is taken into consideration in determining pay increases for administrative positions.

VII. DISCUSS PROCESS FOR UPDATING EMPLOYEE GUIDELINES
Description:
Ms. Beth will review the process that is being followed for updating employee guidelines.

VIII. DISCUSS SUPERINTENDENT EVALUATION
Description:
Ms. Hill-Breunig and Ms. Ensign will provide an update regarding the revision process and status of the new superintendent evaluation tool.
