March 6, 2017 at 5:30 PM - Facility Committee Meeting

Description:  The bids for Warrior Stadium are due on Monday, March 6th.  Rettler Corp. will spend the time between when the bids arrive and our meeting time to put together an initial review of the bids as related to our budget projections.  Please note that any follow up related to project scope, bid clarifications, or other necessary dialog with bid participants may not be complete by the time of our meeting.

Our objective is to provide you with an initial look at the bids as they will be presented to the Board for their first review at our Board Meeting on March 13th.

On March 13th, the Board will have the option to approve the bids and move the project forward, or to use that meeting as an introduction to the bids, and then take time to review the bids over the next few weeks, get any questions answered, etc. and we already have a Special Board Meeting scheduled, if needed, on Monday, March 27th for sole purpose of this action.

Description:  We will review with the Facility Committee where we are financially on the Warrior Stadium Project and provide thoughts regarding scope approval.  I have a request out to Todd Scheffler to provide us with a fundraising update that can be shared with the committee on Monday.
