VII. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Executive Session per A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A)(1) Personnel, (A)(3) the board may vote to move into Executive Session for advice from the District Attorney (either in person or via telephonic conversation call) for any item listed on the agenda, (A)(8) discussion and consideration of matters relating to school safety operators or school plan or program.  Any Executive Session discussion will not be open to the public.  However, all board decisions will be made at an open public meeting:

1. The board may vote to go into Executive Session to discuss the Request for Qualification (RFQ) status pertaining to a superintendent search as well as transition plans and options for the 2025-2026 school year.
