Description: The open session of the meeting will adjourn. The Board of Trustees will reconvene in closed session pursuant to one or more of the following sections of the Texas Open Meetings Act (Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code):

            § 551.071        Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, to consult with the
  District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of
  the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of
  Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with
  Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, specifically regarding a
  recommendation to send notice of termination to Alison Bradley for good
  cause.
