II.A. This time is provided for citizens to address the Board on the proposed bond election. Each person who signs up shall be allowed to address the Board one time for no more than three minutes; therefore, a presentation involving more than one person is not permitted during this time.

III. NEW BUSINESS FOR POSSIBLE BOARD ACTION

Possible Action Regarding Recommendation by the Facility Steering Committee and District Staff for the North East Independent School District to hold a Bond Election on November 3, 2015 for $499,950,000; Making Provision for the Conduct of a Joint Election, and Resolving Other Matters Incident and Related to Such Election.
