II. PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED 2007-08 BUDGET AND THE PROPOSED 2007-08 TAX RATE.

II.A. This time is provided for citizens to address the Board on the proposed budget and the proposed tax rate. Each person who signs up shall be allowed to address the Board one time for no more than five minutes; therefore, a presentation involving more than one person is not permitted during this time. There will be no discussion or reply by the Board members during the Hearing.
