9. Consider authorizing nonsuit of intervention previously filed on behalf of the District (as a party plaintiff) in the case of Lewis, et al v. Mike Morath, Cause Number D-1-GN-16-002211 (98th Judicial District Court of Travis County, Texas) (currently on appeal).
