A. Deliberation on the appointment, employment, compensation, evaluation, assignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of employees pursuant to Texas Government code 551.074.

B. Deliberation and Consultation with attorney regarding potential or contemplated litigation or matters involving attorney  client privilege pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.071. 

C.  Deliberation regarding Economic Development, to discuss commercial and financial information related to the construction of  a new manufacturing facility  and possible offer of financial incentives related to an application for an Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property under the Texas Economic Development Act, Chapter 313 of the Texas Tax Code -Texas Government Code section 551.087

Consideration and possible action to accept for consideration an Application for an Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property under the Texas Economic Development Act, Texas Tax Code, Chapter 313, assess an Application fee, and authorize the Superintendent to review the Application for completeness and submit such Application to the Comptroller
