I. Call to Order

I.1. Announcement by the Presiding Officer of Board whether a quorum is present and that the meeting had been duly called, and that notice of the meeting had been posted in the and manner required by law.

II. Invocation
Pledge of Allegiance to the Flags of the United States of America and the State of Texas.

III. Consideration and possible action to appoint a Chair of the Redistricting Advisory Committee.
Considerar y adoptar posibles medidas para nombrar al presidente del Comité Asesor para la Redistribución.

 

IV. Discussion with legal counsel regarding the various plans created by the demographer.
Hablar con el asesor jurídico sobre los diversos planes creados por el demógrafo.

V. Public Comments regarding redistricting.
Comentarios del público sobre la redistribución.

VI. Consideration and possible action to make additional recommendations to the demographer.  (if necessary)
Considerar y adoptar posibles medidas para hacer recomendaciones adicionales al demógrafo. (si fuera necesario)

 

VII. Discussion and possible action regarding recommendation of a Redistricting Plan.
Debatir y tal vez tomar medidas sobre la recomendación de un plan de redistribución.

 

VIII. Authorizing Chairman to complete a Redistricting Plan Recommendation to present to the Board of Trustees.
Autorizar al presidente a perfeccionar la recomendación del plan de redistribución para    presentarla ante el Consejo de administración.
