7. Action Items

7.1. The board will take necessary action in approving the 2019-20 Budget. 

The following funds are for budgeted disbursements and transfers: General Fund $3,842,000.00, Depreciation Fund $569,220.00, Employee Benefit Fund $138,752.00, Activities Fund $210,195.00, School Nutrition Fund $166,315.00, Special Building $236,166.00, Student Fees $4,063.00 for a total of $ 5,166,711.00.  The Necessary Cash Reserve has $1,159,667.00 for a total budget of $6,326,378.00.  
 

7.2. The board will take all necessary action in approving the following tax levy requests for the 2019-20 Budget (including the County Treasurer's Commission at 1% of tax collection):

The General Fund at 0.859533 for a total levy of 0.859533.  



 

7.3. The Board will take all necessary action in reviewing and selecting a bid for roofing projects for the Elementary/Cafeteria and High School/Gymnasium buildings at Maywood Public Schools.  

7.4. Board recognition of the Maywood Education Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for the district's non- supervisory classified staff members.

7.5. The board will take all necessary in action in approving the bid from Nebraska/Central Equipment Inc. for the bid of the 44 passenger bus.  

7.6. The Board will take all necessary action in approving items as surplus/ old athletic uniforms that did not sell at the sale on August 23rd, 2019.
