Pursuant to the March 16, 2020 proclamation issued by Governor Abbott, this meeting may be held in-person and by videoconference in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings to slow the spread of COVID-19. Some School Board members will be present in the meeting location while others may attend the meeting via videoconferenceing. The meeting can be viewed live on line at https://www.hayscisd.net/site/Default.aspx?PageID=196. Members of the public who wish to provide citizen comment have the following options:
1. In-person - Kunkel Room at the Historic Buda Upper Campus, 300 San Antonio Street, Buda, Texas 78610.
2. On-Line - submit on line comment form found at https://www.hayscisd.net/boardcomment. Comments must be submitted between the hours of 8:00 AM and 12:00 noon on the day of this meeting. All of such comments will be made available to all Board Members prior to this meeting.
